On the arrival of our new industrial Laser Cutter earlier this year we were unsure on how it would help with creating our wonderful and challenging projects…. Well.. I think by these pics you can tell how its now become one of our favourite toys to play with! As fun as this machine is it’s definitely no toy with what it can do for our clients.
Volvo had a bus that was a little boring when turning up to race day. They gave a brief to design a wrap to mimic their Team cars. Our in-house design team got to work on making this once ordinary coach into a work of art. All the graphics were produced and printed in house and then our own team went out onsite to wrap the bus. Most of all we want to thank Greg Yeo for his amazing support!
It makes us proud when we are entrusted with amazing artwork like this, I hope we did it justice! The artwork was printed on our HP latex 6CP digital printer, the vibrancy of colour and high resolution we get off our printers is top of class. We then prepared the vehicle and wend about installing the new graphics usings Avery’s 1005 wrap film and wet gloss laminate.
We had to create a durable and aesthetic branding solution for this fleet of bikes. We came up with this position as it had the most real estate while being out of the way for riders. Then we went to work on producing these super high resolution decals that were mounted onto our laser cut aluminum panels. We laminated our prints with an ultra wet look laminate for durability and premium finish and then fixed these little works of art to the bikes all around Melbourne.
This is by far my favorite campaign that we have produced and installed for Nike. A big high five to Ben for his industrial design skills figuring out all the string elements. The digitally printed acrylic window glows in store. We have used flatbed printing here as well to print direct to the clear acrylic display. All printed and constructed in the Boom warehouse and then taken to site and installed by our in house install team.
We just installed this cool pop up space we made for Nike premier woman’s store. The product we had to showcase is a limited design training tight and top , only 50 available in Aus. We digitally printed all the panels onto recyclable Xboard, router cut all the shapes and hang it in front of a custom made mirror we put in. This will be up for a week and then we re skin it all in another design and it goes back in next month.
Also put in a few framed prints as well.
We were lucky enough to be asked to produce and install the media and interview area for Nike and Maria Sharapova. This build had a little bit of everything in it…. Mdf and acrylic fabrication in the table, Printed asphalt graphics for the flooring, Concrete wall graphics and cad cut vinyl , Our Fabric framed media wall prints…. Every type of printing and application has been included for a stunning result. Who thought a dirty rooftop could look so inviting!!
